He helped us find insurance and told us several options and helped us pick the best one for us.

I met Austin through a friend of mine that was helping me fill out my Medicare papers and he took me through to a couple of different things and I was happy with both of them he went out of his way to make sure that everything was covered the way it should be and he’s always returned my calls when I have questions. Because I have dementia so I always have a lot of questions and he’s so good with easing my mind that I would recommend him to anybody he is you’ll be truly amazed.

Austin Brigham has worked with us for several years reviewing our insurance needs based on our health issues. He was able to gather information about Cochlear Implant surgery and which insurance company has covered this is the past, with a reasonable deductible. We switched companies, the surgery was performed and covered. What a huge improvement in our lives. We depend on Austin to review our coverage, and he does check on us throughout the year. He gives us assurance we have the right company and coverage.

It is so great dealing with someone as thorough and attentive to his clients as Austin. I am so lucky to have him as my agent and really appreciate his knowledge and the help he offers!

Very helpful always calls you back

I met Austin in Walmart about 3 years ago. I was one year on Medicare, and I also had a terrible drug plan, because I didn’t know what I was doing. He was set up to help people like me. I approached him and was pleasantly surprised how much he helped me choose the best plan for me. I didn’t have to do anything. He did all the legwork by looking up my doctors, hospital, etc. to make sure they were in network. He even submitted my request to the new plan. He took the stress away and has continued to help me anytime I have a question.
